Are you a volunteer that wants to help spread the word about MVDDC events, help us get new volunteers, meet your neighbors and just be there to answer questions? We are looking for a group of fun MV Dems to get involved with a fun team event at Lorton Farmers Market, which takes place Sunday mornings from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
We offer mentoring/ training and resources from our amazingly successful Sherwood Farmers Market team – they will help you so you know what is expected of you. It is always a team setting so you are not on an island alone. Come out and learn about what is involved and how you can give a hour or two a month to help Democrats!

Interested in learning more about VoteBuilder (VAN) capabilities, and helping with the Mount Vernon District Data Team? A hands-on training session is scheduled for July 24, 6-9pm at the South County Government Center, to explore how we can use VAN to help build our precinct organizations. Participants need a VAN account and laptop computer for the training. If interested, contact Beverly Bacon (firstname.lastname@example.org) to register for the class, no later than July 21. Be sure to specify if you already have an active VAN account or need one, since that needs to be setup before the training.
